As Office Manager you will be the center of the organisation and provide administrative and secretarial support to management and staff. You will often be trusted with confidential material and be relied upon by management to ensure that everything needed is in place. You will give direction to the office support staff.
Responsibilities:
- Producing and editing correspondence, reports and presentations;
- Assisting the financial department by processing financial office data and debt collecting;
- Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
- Organizing meetings, coordinating schedules and making appointments;
- Arranging travel and accommodation for both staff and visitors;
- Dealing with incoming (e)mail and faxes, often corresponding on behalf of the office;
- Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
- Liaising with staff, clients and suppliers;
- Organizes office- and client events;
- Carrying out specific projects and research.
Profile:
- A degree or diploma in office management or equivalent;
- Excellent Microsoft Office processing skills and experience with computer software packages;
- A strong written and oral proficiency in Dutch and English;
- Experience with administrative, organizational and accounting tasks;
- Assertive and pro-active attitude;
- Ability to work with discretion and confidentiality;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Competencies: accurate, flexible, customer oriented, result oriented and stress resistant.
