Job Purpose:
To provide leadership, planning and support to the daily operations of the Business Development sections.
Responsibilities:
To formulate recommendations on improving services;
To provide roadmap of new business & business opportunities;
To manage staff according to the management style of the company;
Provide statistical information on new products and services;
To provide economical models;
To provide analysis on new and existing rates;
To prepare business cases for new products and services;
To manage new products, services and logistics thereof through third party distributors;
To provide yearly production/roadmap documentation on media plans, marketing plans, revenues budget and activity agenda;
To provide management with a monthly report on prepaid voicemail and other services which fall under his / her department;
To manage, guide, train and inform Commercial team of new technologies and trends;
To assist in completing the annual budget for the Business Development Department;
To set goals for staff and departments.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Commercial Economics or equivalent;
Knowledge of computer science and business organization;
Knowledge of Contract laws;
Knowledge of (inter)national market for telecommunication products and services;
Ability to express oneself in formulating managerial-strategic policy notes;
Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills;
Self starter, self-motivated, sense of urgency, extroverted personality and well-organized;
Oral and written proficiency in Dutch and English.
