Head of Sales will be responsible for the development and performance of all business to business sales on Aruba. Driving sales activities. Achievement of maximum sales growth in line with company visions, values and budgets. Developing a new market with a new innovative range of (technical) products and services. Reporting directly to the General Manager Aruba.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the sales department
Successfully manage and win business to business sales opportunities to maximize revenue.
Prepare and deliver sales plans with best market and industry approaches
Mid- and long term strategic Account Planning
Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new accounts
Establish teaming and coordinate with Finance, Legal, Customer Service, and Sales Engineering groups to effectively work out solutions
Ensures proper qualification of sales leads/opportunities and provide high quality opportunity management during all phases of the sales cycle
Provide timely feedback to senior management on sales figures
Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by internal and external clients
Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.
Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes

HBO/Bachelor level of education
Dynamic personality, with a high level of entrepreneurial thinking, enthusiasm and commitment
Strong managerial skills
Motivator, team builder and strategic thinking
Being able to present on all levels
Outstanding communication skills with attention to detail
Technical affinity
Proven sales skills and ideally a strong network within the Aruban business community
